I kind of can’t believe that there’s a good chance the message of this klaine proposal storyline will ultimately be, “hey gay kids, don’t get carried away with those shiny new civil rights you have.”

It will go well with their other great lesson of the show:  Hey, trans kids, be who you want to be, but don’t you dare do it without holding a sign around your neck announcing yourself because you might trick an unwilling straight boy into thinking you’re really a girl.

"people can interpret and headcanon and meta all they want, but like… if i gather up a bunch of breadcrumbs ryan murphy scattered on the ground and smush them together, there are a hundred different shapes my “bread” could take, and while some people will insist that they know the exact structure RM intended for those crumbs, the point is, he threw me crumbs, not bread. if he wanted to give me bread, he’d give me a goddamn piece of bread."

He’s always been a troll, will probably always be a troll. But, I mean, that’s not a secret - he’s not keeping it hidden. You all knew who he was when he wrote an entire series about his own crazy meta complete with creepy dopple-gangers and quotes about a million teenage tears.  But now you’re all “Oh, woe is me, he manipulates us, he posts misleading song quotes…”

Ryan apparently said that Dianna was a diva who kept demanding rewrites, via a new episode of TNN

We have witnessed the invention of the tell-all sitcom.

BRYAN IS RYAN MURPHY OMG

I’d…

…Yeah, that’s pretty much what the box scene was and I’m mostly confused that people didn’t think that already.  Next week Bryan will get Twitter and everyone will forget he’s been trolling them for years.

LOL that hashtag. I don’t think you should be saying stuff like that, Ryan, since you had a hand in that neglect. And was that seriously less important than Finn and Rachel talking about chairs?

Yes, Ryan Murphy, some fans wanted full-on naked making out.  Most of us realized this isn’t Queer as Folk and just wanted a sex scene where the characters actually touched and didn’t have their pelvises so far apart on the bed it looked like they might fall off if they moved wrong.

The fact that you can’t tell the difference makes me want to stop blaming the network and other writers and directors I can’t stand, and start blaming everything on you, personally.  Because I’ve been defending you for like two years now - how it’s not your fault when background touches get cut, how you had nothing to do with the box scene or the Sugar Shack kiss getting pretty blatantly left on the cutting room floor, to say nothing of all the sex scene portions Darren and Chris filmed that we never saw.  When others would use your name as shorthand for anything they disliked on the show, from plots to specific one-liners, I was always quick to point out that other people were at fault.  (Usually I blamed Ian, tbh.)  But with this one quote, that’s done.  Because with one quote you made very clear that you know we’re not happy and you find nothing of value in our complaints.  You made perfectly clear that you are involved in decisions about what to show or not and that you’re happy with what we’ve seen - and that in your mind, what we have seen so far is “equal” to straight couples and anything else is asking for special treatment.
